Volunteer Job Descriptions

Parking/Handicap Parking/Campus Map

It's going to be the best show of the summer and we need you to perform! As host, all Lake Erie Swimming (LESI) swim clubs will be required to send volunteers to help run the meet. Your team will be assigned jobs and notified of the number of volunteers needed.

Let's show Arkansas, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, and the rest of Ohio how to ROCK THE BLOCKS!

And, that's not all! All volunteers will receive the chance to win a night for two at the Ritz Carlton in Cleveland. You can increase your chances to win, too. Your name will be entered once in the raffle for each full session you work (approximately 4 hours). For example, work two full sessions and your name will be entered into the raffle twice.

Volunteers will receive:

A free T-Shirt
Free admission for the entire day that you work
Free Heat Sheet(s) and Program for the entire day that you work
2007 Zone Championship novelty keychain
Best of all - the best seats in the house

In addition, LESI teams will receive points for sending volunteers that can be traded for swimming equipment. For every volunteer a team sends, the team will receive 1 point for each session the volunteer works.

Susan is working on job assignments and will contact you team representative. Since the meet cannot run without volunteers, a penalty will ensue for teams whose volunteers are absent from their assigned duties.
